President's Report

- Went to CASSA MegaLAN
- UCC Easter LAN is pretty much organised
- [TJB] We need to start fixing the TF2 server for the LAN
- Last LAN Heathred broke :(
Vice-President's Report

- "Oh my god, he didn't eat the can" (regarding [EDO])
- Spoke to Richard from ComSSA
- They got our emails
- Spies report that they were stuck in spam buckets / moderation
- They will get back to us
- Tried to fix Red
- Has been scarred for life
- Solaris sucks (still)
Treasurer's Report

- Unfortunately has not counted money yet this week
- Getting lots of donations for Heathred
- Over $950

- Has an Idea (TM)
- Wants to create a new segment at meetings where he introduces the Freshers
- This will be integrated into his reports
- Still hasn't said the magic words

OCM Reports

- Uncharity vigil is a very good idea
- It will be on the 4th May
- [TJB] approves (we're glad)
- [M12] There will be a Star Wars screening in UniSFA
- [SLX] points out that WASO is doing a Star Wars concert that night
- Discussion about how much of a problem this is / is not
- There will be an entrance fee ($5 or $10)
- Asks for volunteers from UCC to help with organisation

- Quiz Night preparation is going well

- We have them
- [TPG] TF2 servers on Heathred are broken
- Heathred can cope with ~10 people, any more and it will crash
- We are resolving this issue by getting a new Heathred
- [EDO] complains that we will be running Minecraft on new Heathred, and it will hog resources
- [SLX] there are two responses to that
- 1. Something is really really wrong
- 2. We can just limit the Java VM to 50MB of RAM and watch it struggle

- [SZM] Porcupine (the computer [CTH] donated) is being setup
- [SLX] Red is still broken, Kalashnikov is probably still broken
