Prez's Report:
- talked to UCS regarding licences - need to pay extra $12 GST
- wrote 2 rounds for Quiz Night

VP's Report:
- tidied up some stuff in clubroom

Acting Treasurer:
- balance about $2200
- went to SOC meeting
- paid bills

Secretary:
- absent without apologies

Correspondence:
- nothing important

Machine Reports:
- Coke was totally fixed by Simon Fryers, who will also buy new
capacitators
- Door is broken
- John West bought UCC a colour webcam - THANK-YOU!!
- Cod is working and has Linux installed (needs rebooting)

Misc. Reports:
- need more drinks -> NTU and ANT will do FAL run on Thurs 15/03 with $200
budget

General Business:
- O'Day Claims: TRS will do tomorrow - need list of all freshers' names,
student numbers etc
- Keys: haven't been found.  
	GMB will tell Guild tomorrow
- 26th Dinner Money: GMB has put $80 in cash box
- Quiz Night: MST couldn't print posters again (printer broken)
	encourage people to pay beforehand
	GMB has written 2 rounds, ANT 2 rounds
	MST will chase Simon and Barnes for 2 rounds each
	ANT, GMB and MST will organise inter-round events on Sunday after
the All Clubs Forum
	ANT will keep mailing lists
	committee members need to GET PRIZES NOW!!!  They should have
already done so weeks ago so get going!
- Meeting with Thim about power: MST and GMB went
	estimate of $2000-4000, but will get quote from OFM soon
	SOC wants UCC to pay all of it, but Thim says may only have to pay
half
	expressed concern over corridor, but also happy at efforts to
clear it
	if we have to pay for it, we want to make sure we will have the
room for years and not have to put in room renewal forms etc
	Guild can give us a loan
- PAC: need to re-affiliate because they were disorganised last year and
misplaced all the forms and information
- SOC Meeting: SOC wants us to get incorporated - means exec isn't liable
for debts, and eliminates GST hassles
	SOC wants us to add dissolution clauses to the Constitution
	Will have to organise a GM to vote on whether we incorporate or
not, once we have some information about what is involved etc
